Help Desk Requirements


  • Reacting to questions on the telephone, by means of email, face to face, or through remote access. 
  • Offering specialized help on the conveyance, design, set up, upkeep, and investigating of PC frameworks, equipment, and programming. 
  • Preparing PC clients. 
  • Preparing other staff on investigating and diagnosing issues. 
  • Picking up input from clients to improve preparing strategies. 
  • Composing and altering instructional pamphlets. 
  • Running reports and dissecting normal grievances and issues. 

Help Desk Requirements

  • An Associate's degree in software engineering or related field. 
  • A solid working information on PC frameworks, equipment, and programming. 
  • Great critical thinking, diagnostic, and group working aptitudes. 
  • Fantastic correspondence and relational abilities. 
  • A receptiveness to learning new advances.
